Please note, to use our online services, you must have registered by completing an online access request form (see below) and submitted photographic ID. Please do not attempt to register via the SystmOnline log in page as this link is not currently working.

Repeat prescriptions will be accepted in the following ways:

  • By post to - send the request it to us including your full name, address, date of birth and exact medication, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope if you require your prescription to be posted back to you.
  • Online - you must be registered for online services to use this option - please complete Online Access request form below to register. Follow the link at the top of this page to to request medication.

  Please allow 3-5 working days for your Prescription to be processed.

If you are not currently registered for online services, please complete the registration form at the bottom on this page.

Please do not telephone for repeat prescriptions.

This is to reduce the risk of potentially dangerous mistakes being made. If you do not have a repeat prescription form then please enquire at reception and you can request medication using a special form.

Due to the current Coronavirus situation and for the continued safety of our patients, we will no longer be issuing paper Prescriptions.

If you already have a nominated pharmacy then please collect your prescription from them in the normal way.

If you do not have a nominated pharmacy you can go to any pharmacy of your choosing to collect your prescription as the pharmacy can download it off a central database.

This will take effect as of the 13th May 2020.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow up to three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
