Out of hours emergencies are dealt with by Herts Urgent Care. You can contact them by dialling your usual surgery number and listening to the recorded message or by dialling direct to 111.

You may receive phone advice, a consultation at the emergency unit at Hertford County Hospital or a home visit if medically appropriate.

Details of your emergency care will be faxed to the surgery the following morning.
