Repeat Prescription Process |
Don’t forget to sign-up for Online Services in order to request repeat medication. The digital approach is designed to improve the audit trail and streamline the repeat prescription process. All repeat medication requests should be processed through the Online Services portal which can be accessed via the surgery website. https://www.buntingfordandpuckeridgepractice.co.uk/ If you need to register for online services, or require assistance with registering, please contact the surgery. Requests for Children (<18) will continue to be accepted in writing by email. |

Are you aged 40 to 74 without any pre-existing conditions? The NHS Health Check is a free check-up of your overall health delivered by our friendly care HCA’s. It can tell whether you are at higher risk of getting certain health problems. During the check-up you’ll also discuss how to reduce your risk of these conditions and dementia.
